One Assida Festival. Everyone’s own recipe.
Warda celebrates the Mouled by making room for everyone’s preferences. White, hazelnut, zgougou or pistachio: diversity drives participation.

A shared tradition. A personal touch.
We gathered four recipes in one festival to open conversation about flavours, techniques and decoration styles. The audience can pick their favourite and see their own tradition reflected.
The capsules deliver the ideas; Linda Hjaiej, Noura Samet and Oumy Appetizers give them a personal voice. Inviting people to remake and share their recipe lets the community add its own contribution to the festival.
The festival comes to the kitchen.
White, hazelnut, pistachio or zgougou: four ways to enter the Mouled tradition. The choice becomes an invitation to craft your own version.
Which one is your favorite?
Each person’s preference becomes the starting point for participation. The campaign invites you to move from the assida you love to the one you create and share.
One tradition, several signatures.
Linda Hjaiej, Noura Samet and Oumy Appetizers share their own methods. Their kitchens show that a single tradition can welcome multiple signatures.
